All Fees are Per Day unless otherwise specified in agreement or
contract.
Auditorium Only
Kitchen and
Food Court
Non Profit Organization (In County)... $750.00
Non Profit (Out of County) ............... $1000.00
For Profit (In County) ........................ $1250.00
For Profit (Out of County) ................ $1500.00
Kitchen with Auditorium .................... $250.00
Food Court Area Only .......................... $200.00
Kitchen with Food Court ..................... $300.00
Boyd County School Testing
Testing in Auditorium............ $30.00 Per Hour
Lighting and Sound System are on individual basis at a rate determined by
a Community Center appointed technician at contracted price.
Contract Agreement Deposit:
A Charge of 25% of the rental is due at signing, Balance due 5 business days
prior to date of event.
All Facility users are required to complete a rental agreement in order to reserve
the date requested.
The County Reserves the right to offer reduced rental charges for Charitable, Tax Exempt, Non-Profit, IRS 501 (C)(3) Eligible Events, Orginizations, and/or Renters.
